Job Summary
Review upper-level requirements and specifications to design thorough, traceability-compliant test strategies for model-based development frameworks. Author, execute, and analyze detailed test cases for model-driven components while parsing and validating XML/XSD data structures. Develop comprehensive test projects and frameworks using C, Linux, and the Cunit unit testing framework to automate validation activities. Configure development and testing environments with VS Code and Apache ANT, then produce detailed technical documentation ensuring full traceability to requirements. Requires 4+8 years of industry experience in embedded systems, C programming, and Model-Driven Architecture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related engineering discipline
- 4+8 Years of industry experience
- Proven experience in Component-Based Modelling and Model Driven Architecture principles
- Solid knowledge of multitasking and concurrency in embedded systems
- Strong hands-on coding skills in the C Language
- Solid understanding and working experience with XML / XSD data structures
- Experience in writing and executing test suites
- Familiarity with build automation tools such as ANT
- Proficiency in using VS Code
- Proficiency in MarkDown and Asciidoc formats
- experience in doc-as-code methodologies
- Experience in Cunit framework (mandatory)
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to regulated software development lifecycles (e.g., DO-178C, ISO 26262)
- Exposure to test framework development
