Job Summary
Senior Electrical Engineer will provide electrical engineering expertise to Enterprise Capital Engineering and Mill Sustaining teams; lead capital projects from development through start-up of equipment and systems; collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, procurement, and external vendors; demonstrate leadership in safety, quality, regulatory, and sustainability; mentor team members; guide cross-functional teams; manage budgets and schedules; ensure compliance with policies and PMP documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
- 8+ years of related technical experience in mill, production or staff R&E environments
