Job Summary
Senior Engineer for Dry Etch Area Manufacturing Engineering focused on capacity planning, floor scheduling, line management, and risk reduction to improve throughput and cycle time in a high-volume semiconductor fab. Collaborates with Industrial Engineering, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Operations; analyzes operational data to communicate trends and opportunities; demonstrates proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI; requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field and 3+ years of relevant semiconductor capacity planning experience. Lead safety and quality efforts and contribute to cross-functional program planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment capacity planning for Dry Etch process
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI
- Experience in fab operations, capacity planning, floor scheduling, and line management systems
- Strong ability to independently lead and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience collaborating with Manufacturing, Process Development, Industrial Engineering, and Operations teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
