Job Summary
Lead drainage design and 3D modeling for road projects, conducting hydraulic analyses and producing CAD schedules from concept through construction support. Manage project deliveries independently while leading a drainage team, delegating tasks, and driving HS&W culture. Collaborate with lead regions and GEC teams to implement industry best practices, enhance team capability, and achieve 100% quality through rigorous risk assessments and program reviews. Apply British Standards and digital tools like Civil 3D and HEC-RAS to deliver sustainable drainage schemes for major infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Graduate
- Post-Graduation degree in Water Resources/Environmental Engineering
- 6+ years in developing 'sustainable drainage scheme' under a multi-disciplinary environment for major infrastructure projects like airports, highways, rail networks, site developments for multiple land usage patterns
- Experience on 'design management' & 'project management' activities
- Successfully delivered the drainage projects for the USA region
- High recognition in the field & with the client
- Ability to manage project deliveries independently being part of designs from Concept to Construction stage
- Experience in the quality standards (application of Quality Management Protocols) and program timelines
- Knowledge & application of relevant British Standards
- Awareness of construction in drainage field and latest technologies, equipment, etc., for the construction, maintenance & management of proposed system
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigative measures
- Good experience in - Design software's like Storm CADD/Civil Storm/ Open Road (Drainage) Designer, HECRAS, HY8, Flow Master, Culvert Master, Ponds Pack, MicroDrainage Info Drainage 12D or other relevant drainage design software's and its' applications
- Experience in BIM Software – Civil 3D and AutoCad. Infraworks and Navisworks
- Experience in output from the software & its analyses
- Experience in developing drainage scheme in par with SHE aspects
- Experience in flood mitigative measures
- Experience in liaison/communication skills to manage clients/project team
- Knowledge of working under Common Data Environment, digital aspects/BIM applications
Desired Qualifications
- Post-Graduation degree (desirable) in Water Resources/Environmental Engineering
- Specific US experience
- Experience in liaison/communication skills to manage clients/project team
- Infraworks and Navisworks
