Senior Engineer – Distribution Platforms

Job Summary
Design and deploy quantum-safe tooling, including cryptographic scanning, into distribution solutions and CI/CD pipelines. Integrate post-quantum cryptography into existing systems while tuning configurations to efficiently retrieve results without overwhelming corporate networks. Conduct thorough code reviews, perform root cause analysis, and orchestrate large-scale scanning or discovery activities across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. Manage high-volume data pipelines that digest output into data lakes for actionable insights. Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tanium and CrowdStrike in enterprise environments exceeding 10,000 nodes. This 6-month engagement starts in September 2026 for a client within Deloitte Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Senior engineering or security engineering background
- Experience deploying and operating enterprise-scale agent-based platforms
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working across Windows, Linux and cloud environments
- Experience building or supporting high-volume data pipelines
- Strong integration and data extraction capabilities
- Experience orchestrating large-scale scanning or discovery activities
- Expertise in Tanium and Crowdstrike with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise environments of more than 10,000 nodes
- Demonstrated track record in integrating solutions at enterprise level
- Proven experience in secure coding, DevSecOps practices, and vulnerability assessments in highly regulated environments (preferably in the financial sector)

- Cryptography: experience mapping cryptography flows, dependencies, and trust chains, based on architectural designs and cryptographic inventories
- System design: experience designing applications and services
