Job Summary
Coordinate Probe Test, Assembly build, Qual Test, and Final Test activities at AMPI based on priorities provided by PMs. Originate Assembly ERFs and Test ERFs, and work with AMPI Probe Planning to coordinate processing of probe engineering materials. Provide necessary information to Probe Planners prior to launching wafers in Probe WIP and coordinate qual material processing with the Qual and Reliability Group. Ensure AMPI approvals are completed timely, including Probe & Final Test PTCs and ECNs via EtQ document control. Submit lot terminations, track lot ownership, and create links to deliverables for completed Probe and FT PTCs. Participate in high-level planning of top priority projects of AML PM and interface with U.S. counterparts on PM activities. Develop and recommend solutions to improve processes for timely product release to Market or Production. Utilize SharePoint, Apollo, and Phoenix PM tools to execute tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of industry experience
- 5 years in semiconductor industry
- Knowledgeable in Project Management
- Knowledgeable in Planning
- Knowledgeable in Product Development
- Knowledgeable in Probe Test
- Knowledgeable in Final Test
- Knowledgeable in Qual and Reliability processes
