Job Summary
As a Senior Engineer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, you will be involved in various customer projects following agile principles, serving both as a technical and functional consultant. Responsibilities include participating in the complete lifecycle of CRM projects: pre-sales, requirements analysis, solution design, construction, deployment, maintenance, and operation. You will interact directly with customers, including technical staff, specialists, and end users. A technical degree is required, along with extensive experience (at least 5 years) in CRM projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and cloud services is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree from a university, ETH, or FH
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and implementing CRM projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including certifications)
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Very good German and English skills, French is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Practical experience and knowledge in Power Apps / Model driven App / Canvas App / Dataverse / Power Automate / Power pages
- Advanced knowledge in at least one of the following modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service Management, Marketing
- Good programming skills in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio) particularly in the context of D365
- Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure (Logic Apps, Azure functions, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with Microsoft products like Power BI, AI
