Senior Engineer, Customer Web and Mobile Experience

Senior Engineer to design, build, and ship high-quality features across our customer-facing web and mobile platforms using React and React Native. Own end-to-end delivery of product areas, including technical design, implementation, code review, deployment, and post-release monitoring. Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to deliver delightful pet-parent experiences. Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through pairing, code reviews, and design discussions. Stay current with the React/React Native ecosystem and apply new tools and patterns where they add value. Responsibilities include building reusable UI components, ensuring accessibility and performance, implementing secure authentication flows, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines and incident response. Requirements include Bachelor's degree in CS/SE (or related field), strong JavaScript/TypeScript with production React and React Native experience, and familiarity with toolchain (GitHub, Node.js, Next.js, VS Code, Postman, Expo CLI, Azure CLI, BrowserStack). Preferred qualifications include Expo ecosystem experience, design system contributions, and cloud/Microsoft ecosystem familiarity.
