Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or related technical field
- 4-6 years of professional engineering experience in a related discipline, ideally in Quality Assurance Engineering
- Proven experience applying root cause analysis techniques and driving CAPA implementations
- Experience with quality tools, methodologies and standards (FMEA, Control Plans, Lean Six Sigma, ISO standards) and statistical quality control (SQC) tools/methods
- Understanding of quality systems, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing processes
- Competent Microsoft Office and ERP systems skills (SAP strongly desired); familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI strongly desired)
- Excellent analytical, organizational and verbal & written communication skills
