Job Summary
Senior Engineer Configurator responsible for implementing options and rules in the product configurator platform, developing design files with product management and engineering teams (PM, PPC, Lead time), maintaining global configurator design standards, executing testing cycles and fixing issues, maintaining configurator design files per engineering standards, troubleshooting complex configurator support tickets per SLA with proactive maintenance opportunities, seeking feedback to improve configurators, and creating configurator design documentation for cross-functional reviews and approvals. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7-10 years total experience (Valve experience preferred) and 3-5 years of relevant work experience; preferred qualifications include 7-10 years of mechanical product experience (valves preferred), 3-5 years in development/maintenance of configurators with Oracle OCD, SAP Variant Configurators, or Configit ACE; experience as a product design engineer or application engineer; willingness to travel to global Isolation Valve locations.
