Job Summary
Orchestrate controllers and services for SD-WAN across the entire lifecycle, from ordering through provisioning and on-boarding. Manage the complete SD-WAN cloud infrastructure for enterprises and service providers, collaborating with development, test, and outsourced operations teams. Ensure high-quality standards during tough customer production situations while troubleshooting web-based applications and monitoring large-scale SaaS systems. Requires a master's or bachelor's degree, six years of cloud operations experience, and proficiency in Python, Perl, and Linux.
Required Qualifications
- Masters / bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field
- 6+ years of proven experience with web applications/services and public cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/Google
- 6+ years of relevant experience with operations, technical/customer support roles Cloud
- Experience with orchestration, monitoring and troubleshooting of web-based applications/services
- Knowledge of IP networking, security and access mechanisms
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of operating large-scale SaaS systems
- Experience with private cloud platforms such as VMWare and Open stack
- Strong competence, and proficiency with Python/Perl/TCL and Linux/Unix Administration
- Strong team building skills, with the ability to work across departments and other teams
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimal managerial guidance
- Strong sense of ownership and teamwork
