Job Summary
Senior Engineer - Client Services responsible for resolving complex technical issues for customers using Thales Software Monetization products and services. Acts as primary liaison between customers and Thales’ Sales, SaaS Operations, and Product Engineering to diagnose problems, interpret logs, and implement solutions. Provides guidance on product usage, third-party integrations, configuration/setup, and troubleshooting across on-premises and hosted services. Reproduces and documents issues, communicates fixes/workarounds, identifies training needs and potential cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and monitors service health. Participates in on-call rotations, supports hotfixes/patches, and mentors junior support engineers. Requires strong problem-solving skills, fluency in English, willingness for after-hours/weekend support, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT with 5+ years of customer-support experience. Knowledge areas include Windows, Linux, Android, macOS, networking (TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6), programming basics (C/C++/.NET/Java/Python), databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS concepts, web services, and monitoring tools like Datadog.
Required Qualifications
