Job Summary
Senior Engineer responsible for MEP services design and supervision with leadership of junior engineers and technically leading projects. Responsibilities include design delivery (MEP systems), drafting, cost estimates, tender documentation, recruitment and development of staff, coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers, preparing reports, and overseeing project progress from concept through handover under PROCSA guidelines. Represents CKR professionally and expands the client base while ensuring quality coordination of services and timely deliverables.

- Project management
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Drafting and design delivery under PROCSA agreements
- Cost estimation and tendering experience
- Construction supervision and site meetings
- Client liaison and reporting
