Senior Engineer, Civil

Senior Engineer, Civil at Simon Property Group in Corporate Indianapolis. Responsible for managing complex civil engineering issues across new project development, redevelopment, expansions, and renovations. Sponsor engineering efforts through design and construction phases, manage technical consultants (civil, geotechnical, traffic, land surveying), prepare and review RFPs, contracts, and budget updates, address right-to-build and regulatory concerns, coordinate engineering documents with other design elements, and engage with internal teams and external regulators. Travel to project locations as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or Land Surveying; extensive experience in civil engineering, site planning and design; supervisory experience; working knowledge of civil engineering, land development, retail development processes, budgeting, and strong communication and organizational skills; professional licensure preferred.
