Job Summary
Senior Engineer, Central Quality & Quality Control at Titleist leads quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations and supplier networks. Drives data-driven root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and new product introductions; oversees quality system activities including audits and performance reviews; collaborates with Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to strengthen processes, improve standards, and elevate long-term reliability and operational performance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, or related field, 5+ years in manufacturing/quality engineering, and ability to travel; CQE certification preferred and ISO 9001 knowledge advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, or closely related field required
- Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing and/or Quality Engineering
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel, occasionally on short notice
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Systems preferred
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification preferred
- Familiarity with Acushnet Company Safety Policies and Practices
