Job Summary
Senior Engineer responsible for directing and participating in the design and development of new product concepts and complex engineering projects for release to production. Focus on creating concepts, leading design and development, coordinating tests with prototype/build/test areas, and guiding other engineers to ensure schedules and quality. Responsibilities include concept studies, design feasibility, development plans, and field/problem resolution across global locations with travels to foreign and domestic plants, dealerships, and customer job sites. Requires staying current with technological advancements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing and process-control challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum
- 3-5 years experience or Masters degree with 1-2 years experience or Doctorate engineering degree
- Ability to gain mastery of complex engineering and manufacturability concepts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
