Job Summary
Senior Engineer to design, develop, and implement ServiceMax-based solutions on the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceMax modules (Work Orders, Service Contracts, Installed Products, Preventive Maintenance, Dispatch Console, Technician Console, Service Board, Entitlements and Warranty Management), building custom Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers), integrating with ERP/SAP/Oracle/MuleSoft/REST APIs, automating processes via Flows and Process Builder, performing code reviews, supporting deployments across Sandbox/UAT/Production, and producing technical docs. Requires strong Salesforce and ServiceMax experience, ability to collaborate with stakeholders, and ability to troubleshoot and deliver scalable field service solutions. Knowledge of data migration, security, and DevOps practices is expected, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of overall Salesforce development experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on ServiceMax development and configuration experience
- Experience working in global support and implementation projects
- Salesforce Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers
- ServiceMax configuration and administration
- Integration with ERP/SAP/Oracle/MuleSoft/REST/SOAP
- DevOps familiarity (Git, Copado, CI/CD)
- ServiceMax 101/201 Certification (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory)
