Senior Engineer - CAE Systems

Job Summary
Execute and coordinate CAE tasks and projects related to system simulation, performing meshing and analysis independently with minimal supervision. Deliver high-quality simulation and analysis results within agreed timelines using HyperMesh, LS-DYNA, Primer, and LS-Post. Support system model setup activities and NCAPS-related simulations while taking full ownership of assigned deliverables. Participate in project reviews to incorporate feedback from account managers and stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams. Explore new simulation methodologies and maintain compliance with company policies. Adapt to changing business needs and support shift-based operations when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in Automotive, Auto Ancillary, or Engineering Services industries
- Experience in Automotive Safety simulations
- Strong expertise in HyperMesh and LS-DYNA
- Working knowledge of Primer and LS-Post
- Knowledge of NCAPS and system model setup
- Programming and automation skills (preferred)
- Experience in Human Body Model (HBM) simulations (added advantage)
- Product knowledge of seatbelts and airbags, including their functionality and applications (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for learning new tools, techniques, and technologies
- Self-confidence, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
