Job Summary
Senior FP&A Engineer to lead design and implementation of enterprise planning solutions across Finance, Sales, and Workforce domains. Role involves driver-based, integrated planning using Pigment, Anaplan, and Workday Adaptive Planning; governance, SOX controls, and production support. Collaborate with global FP&A, IT, and business teams; deliver scalable planning models (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, workforce planning, ARR forecasting); build and optimize multi-dimensional models; integrate with ERP (NetSuite/Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce); develop automated data pipelines (SQL, APIs, ETL); ensure documentation, runbooks, and stakeholder demos. Hybrid work model in Gurugram or Bengaluru, India, with global stakeholders and offshore delivery aspects.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in FP&A systems / EPM / Enterprise Planning implementations
- Hands-on experience in Pigment OR Anaplan OR Workday Adaptive Planning
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Data warehouses
- Exposure to Python or scripting is a plus
- ETL / integration tools
