Senior Engineer - Burn IN

Establish and maintain oven/chamber capability, including control systems, software revisions, and preventive maintenance to ensure stable operation and compliance with product specifications. Drive continuous improvement through automation, Lean Manufacturing, and cycle time reduction while managing spare parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime. Perform root cause analysis for chamber failures, support stress testing and reliability evaluations, and prepare technical reports, SOPs, and maintenance records. Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and cleanroom requirements while providing technical training to manufacturing teams. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and at least one year of equipment maintenance experience. The position is 100% onsite at Coherent Corp.
