Job Summary
Deliver bridge and structural design solutions across all project phases, undertaking structural analysis, design calculations, and technical reviews. Prepare reports, specifications, and engineering documentation while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve integrated project outcomes. Support project delivery to programme, budget, and quality objectives by building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Mentor graduate and developing engineers and contribute to business development, proposals, and technical excellence initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, 6-8 years of experience, and RPEQ registration. Based in Townsville, North Queensland, with relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 6-8 years' experience delivering bridge and structural engineering projects
- Experience undertaking structural analysis, design and assessment
- Strong knowledge of relevant Australian standards and design codes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and client outcomes
- RPEQ registration or active progression towards registration
