Senior Engineer (Bridges)

Job Summary
Lead the delivery of bridge and transportation structural design projects, managing work from concept through detailed design to construction handover. Undertake and oversee structural design and detailing, carry out analysis and design calculations, and manage independent design checks including Category checks. Plan project delivery, resources, and budgets while acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery and provide leadership, mentoring, and technical support to junior engineers. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Eng/M.Eng) in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Bridge Design Engineer, covering all project phases from concept development through to project handover
- Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably within highways, roads, or rail sectors
