Job Summary
Lead technical support for customers by collaborating with global sales and field-deployed teams to establish relationships with key decision makers. Own and drive on-time completion of customer activities, including leading technical calls, managing samples, and providing experimental support for owned opportunities. Implement coating application approaches on customer samples within production lines and communicate technical advances internally while engaging customers on product details. Establish relationships with vendors and contract manufacturers to expand capabilities and address needs. Frequent travel to Bay Area customer sites is expected, with 15-20% additional domestic and international business travel. Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering
- Frequent travel to visit customers on site in the Bay area
- Additional international and domestic business travel (15-20%)
