Job Summary
Conduct laboratory tests and create plans for both NPI and Mass Production phases. Maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment using 6'S standards while producing accurate data and interpreting results. Verify lab operators' testing programs, prepare reports, and ensure machine capacity through maintenance and timely quality checks. Develop SOPs, forecast equipment requirements, and present lab activities during customer audits. Guide internal teams, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver reports meeting customer specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Btech in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- 6+ years
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills
