Job Summary
Senior Engineer at Arcadis responsible for supporting the development and implementation of engineering solutions, typically contributing as a key discipline resource on smaller tasks within a project. The role focuses on delivering assigned technical work with limited supervision, applying Health & Safety principles, and ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, and safety targets. You will collaborate with global teams across design disciplines, plan and manage assigned work, provide technical support to junior team members, perform detailed engineering tasks and analyses, and contribute to technical designs. Required skills include Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, SSA, and CADD, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities, and experience with sustainable design practices; experience on US projects is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and formally licensed to act as a professional engineer (if required in their Arcadis GEC country)
- Possess 6 - 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in US projects is an advantage
- Proficient in engineering tools and software (e.g., Civil 3D, HEC‐RAS, SSA, CADD)
- Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting sustainable design practices and contributing to technical solutions
