Job Summary
Senior Engineer, Active Travel responsible for the design and delivery of active travel infrastructure projects across the UK, engaging with active travel representatives and clients, producing task briefs, resourcing schedules and project plans, delivering high quality technical work, managing stakeholder engagement, and contributing to business development and training. The role requires strong technical knowledge of active travel standards and guidance (e.g., Active Travel Act Guidance, Cycling by Design, LTN 1/20, DMRB), experience in leading technical work and winning bids, and the ability to work across multiple UK locations with a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- significant experience in active travel infrastructure design
