Job Summary
Senior Engineer - Accessories, Product Service Americas at GE Vernova mentors and provides direct technical support to global power plants equipped with GE Vernova equipment. The role focuses on resolving complex accessory system inquiries (ER cases), leading or supporting root cause analyses across cross-functional teams, and delivering technical guidance to customers and site representatives via user conferences, webinars, and technical documents. The position requires system knowledge of power plant accessory systems (fuel, heating and ventilation, oil systems, etc.), strong communication skills, and travel to customer sites as needed. The candidate will collaborate with Design Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Vendors, and Customers to provide timely technical resolutions and share knowledge to protect the customer fleet. Required Qualifications
