Job Summary
Senior Engagement Team Lead for Enterprise: lead a team of Engagement Associates, Engagement Managers, and Senior Engagement Managers to onboard, drive adoption, retain, and expand relationships with enterprise clients. Own performance across client portfolios, provide strategic advisory during high-stakes moments, build scalable frameworks and operating rhythms, drive renewals and expansions, anticipate and resolve blockers to protect retention, champion AI-enabled workflows, and grow the team through hiring and development while maintaining an in-office, Union Square-based collaboration rhythm.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in management consulting, client advisory, or a comparable client-facing field
- 3+ years managing client-facing teams
- proven track record of owning post-sales outcomes (adoption, retention, expansion)
- executive presence and stakeholder instincts
- fluent with AI and automation
- deep data fluency
- in-office collaboration experience (in-person at Union Square HQ)
- ability to lead enterprise client relationships and teams
