Job Summary
Senior Engagement Specialist responsible for qualifying leads, guiding prospects into the sales funnel, executing ABM campaigns, supporting onboarding and coaching, contributing to lead qualification strategy, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. Collaborates with the Manager of Engagement Specialists to improve team execution and lead quality, supports coverage for open territories and high-priority campaigns, and provides feedback to inform marketing strategy. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in engagement, sales development, or marketing operations; proficient in Salesforce and outreach platforms; strong communication and collaborative skills; educator-first mindset; willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities.
