Job Summary
As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer engagements and delivery efforts in a B2B environment, specifically for customer service teams. Key responsibilities include guiding clients on technology evaluation, leading project deliveries, managing the complete SDLC of products, and aligning with product owners on feature backlogs. The role requires excellent client communication skills, experience managing mid to large size cloud engagements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent client communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time sensitive work environment
- Experience to manage a midsize team (30-50)
- Experienced in managing mid to large size data and cloud engagements using GCP/AWS/Azure platforms and services
- Ability to discuss data management, data governance and data integration related issues
- Problem solving mindset and ability to guide the team to resolve project issues
- Good grasp of risk management, scope management and project profitability
