Job Summary
Senior Process Integration Engineer to support development and qualification of new semiconductor processes, integration of additional modules/features, and yield improvement. Responsibilities include managing new product introduction from tapeout to prototyping, troubleshooting inline measurement and electrical test issues, identifying and resolving yield-related problems, optimizing process margins via design of experiments, monitoring SPC/CpK for critical parameters, performing project management and data analysis to support integration and yield goals, developing test structures for fast process characterization, driving continuous improvement plans, building defect source libraries, and ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to EHS&S requirements. Collaborative work with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and meet customer/organizational objectives; opportunities for patent submissions and exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies.”,
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in semiconductor process integration or yield engineering preferred
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
