Job Summary
Administer and optimize enterprise endpoint platforms across Windows and macOS environments using Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and Autopilot. Execute end-to-end device lifecycle processes including provisioning, imaging, deployment, and asset governance while maintaining strict security compliance and regulatory standards. Manage application packaging, deployment, and patch management to ensure software availability and minimize business disruption. Provide advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to integrate endpoint services with infrastructure and cloud platforms. Leverage AI-enabled automation and analytics to accelerate issue resolution, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous process improvements within our hyper-growth, FDA-registered facility.

- Advanced automation and scripting capabilities utilizing PowerShell
