Job Summary
Design, build, and deliver solutions for customers' critical business functions by utilizing ICE Mortgage Technology's solutions automation to streamline processes. Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration while adhering to best practices and design guidelines. Identify project issues and risks, present alternative solutions, and recommend features to optimize solution usage. Maintain relevant expertise in the mortgage industry and support implementation of enterprise software. Requires Encompass experience, Encompass Administration experience preferred, and 25% to 50% travel availability during specific project phases.
Required Qualifications
- Mortgage Banking or Financial Services Technology experience
- Project Management skills, including status reporting, project documentation, issue resolution, time management and project communication
- Encompass experience
- 25% to 50% travel availability during specific project phases
