Job Summary
Partner with front-line managers and Directors to uplevel Customer Success and Implementations Enablement programs. Design a scalable, engaging enablement program for remote audiences informed by industry best practices. Build multi-model training content including eLearning, virtual workshops, and AI-led activities. Continuously improve training using data-driven insights and learner feedback while aligning with internal product and process changes. Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles as the team scales globally. This remote role supports the Connected Operations Cloud, helping organizations harness IoT data to improve safety and efficiency in agriculture, construction, and manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience developing, coordinating and facilitating training sessions for audiences of 20+ learners (virtual and/or live)
- Demonstrable experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners through their learning journey
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language
- Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies
- Works well under pressure in a fast paced, high exception environment
- Must be able to relocate to the US (excluding San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area)
- Must be able to work remotely
- Must have the legal right to work at the company in the specified work location

- Multi-lingual and/or has worked with global audiences
- Has a background in CS, Professional Services, Account Management, Operations, or Program Management
- Excels in an autonomous working environment
- Manages or has managed LMS & CMS platforms
