Job Summary
Senior Enablement Experience Manager responsible for owning the strategy and roadmap for the LMS/LXP, designing scalable learning programs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and measurable outcomes. Key duties include platform management, building async-first learning journeys, leveraging AI tools for content creation and translation, defining success metrics, and delivering high-impact enablement programs across the organization. Requires 4–6+ years in Learning & Development or related fields, experience in managing learning platforms, and ability to lead cross-functional programs with autonomy. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years in Learning & Development or Learning Experience Design, LMS administration, or Enablement
- experience with LMS/LXP platform management and adoption across teams
- ability to independently lead cross-functional programs and stakeholder alignment
- proficiency with AI tools to enhance content creation, program design, or workflow efficiency
- authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
