Senior Employee Success Specialist

Job Summary
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of employee onboarding and workforce readiness programs. Establish structured onboarding workflows coordinating activities across Corporate HR, administrative teams, hiring managers, and subject matter experts. Partner with business leaders to develop scalable role-based learning paths, maintain knowledge management frameworks, and drive adoption of enterprise technologies. Define and track metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement. This role requires on-site presence four days a week (Tuesday–Thursday) with one flexible remote day. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Change Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, talent development, employee experience, change management, business operations, or a related strategic role
- Ability to quickly learn Strategic Comp's structure, culture, workflows, and business operations
- Expertise in adult learning principles, knowledge management, and workforce readiness strategies
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing learning solutions that support technology adoption and organizational change
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to define success measures and use data to drive decisions
- Ability to organize complex information into practical, scalable learning and onboarding experiences
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
- On-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely
- Core in-office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs
- May require day and/or overnight travel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing scalable programs, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, implementing learning and development initiatives, and driving organizational adoption of new technologies
- Completion of or progress toward a professional designation, such as: Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) OR Organizational Development, Change Management, or Insurance-related designations
