Job Summary
Senior Employee Relations Partner serves as a strategic advisor and lead investigator for complex and high-risk employee relations matters. This role leverages expert judgment to resolve sensitive issues, ensure consistent and defensible outcomes, and strengthen organizational practices. The position identifies trends, mitigates risk, and enhances leader capability to proactively address workplace concerns. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end resolution of complex cases, conducting investigations, applying policies and regulatory standards, communicating findings to stakeholders, partnering with leaders to address sensitive issues, serving as a subject matter expert for HR and ER partners, coaching leaders on best practices in employee relations and conflict management, identifying trends and systemic risks, improving frameworks and processes, developing training resources, and maintaining confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (required)
- 4–6 years of experience in employee relations, investigations, or HR
- Proven ability to independently manage complex, sensitive cases
- Strong critical thinking and sound judgment
- Advanced investigative and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to assess risk and balance fairness with business impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
