Senior Employee Engagement Specialist

Job Summary
Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of broad supplemental incentive programs and all employee engagement activities to drive retention within the Sales and Service Center. Maintain an inclusive, high-performing culture by coordinating weekly, monthly, and annual engagement events while engaging both remote and onsite staff. Act as the primary liaison to internal departments to ensure alignment on initiatives, gather employee feedback, and assist in recommending office/workspace layouts. Own a large annual budget, including forecasting, vendor negotiation, and ROI analysis, while leading change efforts and managing project scope, schedule, and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required in a related field – business, project management, event coordination
- 4-7 years of work experience in Operations, Project Management, Event Coordination, and/or equivalent Business area
- Prior call-center experience would be a major plus
- Project management and/or process improvement certifications preferred
- Strong verbal, written and collaborative skills to effectively influence and manage expectations with Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements
- Highly motivated, proactive self-starter
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
- This is a hybrid position, 3 days/week onsite and 2 days/week remote
