Job Summary
Lead large, international Employee Central implementations, taking ownership of the workstream from design through deployment. Translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions while helping customers benefit from the ready2run® methodology. Strengthen collective capability by sharing knowledge, supporting collaboration across projects, and guiding junior consultants to grow their expertise. Engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to build trusted relationships and resolve complex functional issues. This role requires fluency in English and the ability to travel for diverse projects within a collaborative, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Proven experience leading large, international and complex implementations, with ownership of the Employee Central workstream from design to deployment
- Strong Employee Central solution knowledge
- Ability to analyze HR processes and translate business priorities into practical, scalable design
- Fluency in English
- Openness to travelling and working on diverse projects, adapting to new challenges and environments
- The role can be based in any Nordic country, with the expectation that you are within practical daily commuting distance of one of our local offices
