Job Summary
Senior Embedded Software Developer responsible for designing, coding and unit-testing software for PRAESENSA systems, integrating changes into the main trunk, fixing build defects and defects quickly, maintaining reusable software components, and ensuring clean code. Requires experience in C/C++, Linux/FreeRTOS, driver development, multi-threaded programming, debugging, UML, OSS collaboration, and university degree in computer/software science. Must be willing to work 2-3 days per week at the Ovar office. Hybrid work arrangement available; remote collaboration and team integration emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- University education in computer or software science at Bachelor level or higher
- Experience in C and C++ programming languages
- Experience in component driven SW development
- Experience in using Linux and/or FreeRTOS
- Experience in driver development
- Knowledge of UML
- Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Git and Subversion
- Ability to work at least 2-3 days per week at the Ovar office
