Senior Electronics Repair Tech - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electronic equipment to high-quality standards while overseeing daily shop performance and optimizing processes. Lead chronic investigations, manage consumable inventory, and provide expert guidance to Tech I and Tech II technicians. Monitor equipment status records, coordinate work plans, and drive process improvements with the Operations team. Assume supervisory responsibilities when the lead is absent and conduct regular team meetings to review KPI performance. This 2nd shift role (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) includes mandatory 1-2 months of 1st shift training and requires flexibility for overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of six (6) years of work experience in electronics repair
- Must speak, read and write English fluently
- 4 years of working in a 145 FAA regulated environment
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Electronics level 3 component repair experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- safety understanding and implementation

- Must be well groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Must be flexible for overtime
