Job Summary
Lead development of reliable, cost-effective electronic hardware systems from technical pre-studies through schematic and PCB design, HW-verification, and production launch. Conduct deep analysis of customer-returned products and perform sustainability analysis using the EcoMatrix tool to reduce Scope 3 emissions during component selection. Validate designs through simulation tools, calculations, and DFMEA while collaborating with software teams on initiatives like the ACU-6 telematics project. Apply Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout within international project settings.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Experience working in international project settings
- Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
- Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout
- Simulation tools, calculations, and DFMEA to validate your designs
- Sustainability analysis as part of your component selection process
- Experience in the automotive or other high-reliability sectors
- Familiarity with eco-conscious hardware development or circular design principles
