Job Summary
Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembler to read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, and operations sheets; set up and operate machines, tooling and test equipment; perform rework per procedures; incorporate ECNs into boards; measure and verify quality at specified intervals; communicate with team; support Systems Test engineering. Requires high-skill soldering, IPC-610/IPC-A-620/IPC J-STD-001F familiarity, and a US citizenship. Location in Santa Clarita, CA; salary $21.01-$27.98/hour equivalent to annualized ~$43.7k-$58.2k; benefits include PTO, 401K with match and profit sharing, health/wellness, learning and development, and employee stock purchase plan. Eligible candidates will operate with process drawings, fixtures, and tooling to assemble components into final configured products for Curtiss-Wright Integrated Systems.
Required Qualifications
- High level of Soldering skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with IPC-610, IPC-A-620 and IPC J-STD-001F, certification is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a US Citizen
