Job Summary
Senior Electrical Assembler responsible for assembling, wiring, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems in a high-mix production environment. Reads and interprets schematics and build documentation, performs advanced diagnostics and rework, routes and secures wiring, and collaborates with Engineering, Production, and Quality to resolve build issues. Supports engineering changes (ECOs) and NPI builds, identifies recurring issues, and contributes to process improvements. Acts as a technical resource and mentor to junior assemblers to help achieve on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical or electro-mechanical assembly
- Strong hands-on experience with power box/panel building
- Cable routing and wire harnessing
- Low-voltage electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability in a manufacturing setting
- High attention to detail with strong commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical certification or Associate’s degree in Electronics or related field preferred
