Senior Electrical Systems Engineer

Job Summary
Lead the design and architecture of on-car electrical systems, including power distribution, communications and system topology. Translate cross-functional requirements into robust electrical specifications and drive reliability through design to mitigate single points of failure. Own end-to-end delivery from concept through to release, manufacturing and trackside support, collaborating with Mechanical, Software, R&D and Production teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of tools, processes and PLM systems. Provide technical leadership across projects and influence engineering decisions. Knowledge of electrical architecture, wiring systems, communications protocols and control systems, with experience managing full product lifecycle in high-performance or motorsport environments and familiarity with FIA regulations. Strong problem-solving, proactive ownership mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
Required Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
