Senior Electrical Safety Expert at ASML acting as Installatieverantwoordelijke, responsible for safe operation, maintenance, and modification of electrical installations within the EUV Factory. Maintains the Electrical Safety Management System, oversees authorization of QEW/IEW roles, and manages competency frameworks for E-roles. Ensures correct LOTO implementation, access control to electrical areas, and safe execution of maintenance, inspections, and handovers. Approves high-risk electrical assessments and aligns standards for machines, utilities, and low-voltage systems. Leads electrical safety audits, investigations of incidents, and drives continuous improvement. Reports on electrical safety performance and delivers electrical safety training; advises Operations, Engineering, Facilities, and Corporate EHS on electrical safety matters. Requires 10–15+ years in high-tech/industrial electrical safety, with strong knowledge of NEN standards; BEI certification preferred. Hybrid work: max. 1 day from home.
