Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one U.S. state
- 10–20 years of progressive engineering experience within a substation, utility, or power generation consulting environment
- Elite command of protective relays, relay coordination, grounding systems, and SEL relay programming
- Proficiency with power system analysis software (e.g., SKM, ETAP, EasyPower) for arc flash, coordination, and load flow studies
- Travel availability to site locations (approximately 5–10%)
