Job Summary
Lead design and analysis of complex electrical systems for renewable generation, energy storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Review and develop design documents including layouts, schematics, and system calculations. Prepare project specifications, cost estimates, and proposals to support service growth. Operate with integrity, provide business planning and strategy, and establish goals. Build and maintain positive client relationships while growing and mentoring staff within the Zero-Emission Vehicles practice. Manage projects profitably with autonomy to direct and grow your business.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing Electrical projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Firm understanding of the National Electrical Code, National Electrical Safety Code, IEEE and ANSI Standards
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage and mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably
