Job Summary
Manage multiple complex electrical construction projects from estimating and planning through completion, ensuring safe delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Lead and mentor project teams while coordinating with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to achieve objectives and maintain strong relationships. Oversee project financials including forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, labor planning, budgets, change orders, and risk management. Monitor performance, resolve issues proactively, ensure code compliance, and provide executive-level reporting. Requires 7+ years of experience, an active Connecticut Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and proficiency with Procore, ProjectSight, and Microsoft Project. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 plus annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in the electrical construction industry
- Proven track record managing commercial, industrial, or institutional projects
- Active Connecticut Journeyman or Master Electrician license
