Job Summary
Senior Electrical Project Manager responsible for directing, completing, and financially managing multiple electrical construction projects; lead a team of project managers and assistants, manage change orders, track progress and costs, and maintain client relationships. Must possess deep knowledge of electrical systems, construction planning, budgeting, and safety protocols; ability to forecast financials, supervise staff, and drive innovative construction techniques and prefabrication strategies. Requires strong leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and proactive problem-solving to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or other related discipline preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems, construction scheduling, and prefabrication techniques
- Proven ability to mentor and manage others; strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Oracle and Accubid preferred
